CASE STUDY
Every piece of equipment we manufacture is completely customized to fit the needs of the customer.
 The project design is based on a cooperative effort between our personnel and the customer to develop the concepts of working "with" our customer to develop a product that will best fit our customer's specifications.
When a customer first calls to inquire about a specific application we begin with asking questions like, what type of heat, temperature, utilities available, work area size. We then begin the preliminary design and price estimating. After that we give them a price quote and copy of the preliminary design. We then finalize the design with customers input and then generate drawings and begin production. We keep the customer informed of progress being made on their product and when complete we ship to their desired location.
